How do I rent a storage unit?
You can rent a unit by coming into our office during our operating hours. We do not currently offer reservation services online or via phone.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need a valid drivers license or some form of state identification. If renting a vehicle or RV space, registration and vehicle insurance are also needed.
How long am I required to rent?
We offer month to month options, as well as yearly contracts. Our minimum rent time is one month.
What types of storage units do you offer?
We currently offer climate controlled, non climate controlled, uncovered RV / vehicle storage, and drive through units available.
Can I purchase boxes and other packing supplies?
We do not currently offer boxes or packing supplies. However, we do offer complimentary dolly carts and pad locks are available for sale upon move in.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 16 top-notch, state of the art surveillance cameras operating 24/7; LED flood lights providing extensive coverage of the building, office, and entrance; and gated access to the premises with a personalized access code for each client.
How can I pay my storage bill?
We accept cash, check, debit, and credit card. You can drop your payment off at any time via our drop box, come in during office hours, or set up automated monthly payments.
What is the difference between climate controlled and non climate controlled?
Climate-controlled storage refers to storage units that maintain temperatures in a certain range at all times, along with humidity control. Non-climate controlled units do not offer this feature and their internal temperatures reflect outside conditions.
When can I access my unit?
You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
